We respect your privacy. Below we explain how we process your personal data and how we use cookies.

2. Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal data for the following purposes: handling reservations and providing hotel services (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), handling inquiries and correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest), and marketing purposes based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Providing data is voluntary but necessary to enter into a contract.
3. Data Recipients
Your data may be transferred only to trusted entities, such as: reservation system providers, accounting office, IT service providers, and legal counsel. We do not sell or share your data for commercial purposes with third parties.
4. Data Retention Period
We retain data for the period necessary to provide the service and until any potential claims become time-barred (usually 6 years). In the case of data processed based on consent, until it is withdrawn.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, delete it, restrict processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object. You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. 6. Cookies
The website uses cookies to ensure proper functionality, analyze traffic (Google Analytics), and personalize marketing content (Meta Pixel). Consent to analytical and marketing cookies is voluntary and can be changed in the settings displayed at the bottom of the page. Essential cookies do not require consent.
7. Google Consent Mode
We use Google Consent Mode v2. This means that Google tools (e.g., Analytics, Ads) adapt their behavior to your privacy choices. If you do not consent, anonymized data (so-called cookieless pings) without identifiers are sent.
