Terms and Conditions

1. Guests must follow the regulations, Health & Safety, and fire protection rules.
2. The management is not liable for damages caused by non-compliance with the rules.
3. Check-in and payment take place immediately upon arrival.
4. The price does not include the local tourist tax.
5. The resort may refuse accommodation to aggressive or intoxicated persons.
6. Children under 18 must be under adult supervision.
7. Occupancy cannot exceed the number of registered guests.
8. Check-in: 15:00 | Check-out: 10:00.
9. Parking is free and unguarded. 1 spot per cottage.
10. Pets are welcome upon prior notice and additional fee.
11. Guests are financially liable for any damage to the property.
12. Quiet hours: 22:00 – 07:00.
13. Strict no-smoking and no-frying policy inside (2000 PLN fine).
14. Use of private heaters and gas cylinders is prohibited.
15. Grilling is allowed only in designated areas.
16. Guests must not disturb the peace of others.
17. Violations result in removal from the resort without refund.
18. The resort is not liable for valuables left in cottages.
19. Check-out requires checking the technical state of the cottage.

Playground Rules

1. Plac zabaw dla dzieci jest terenem służącym aktywnej zabawie i wypoczynkowi.
2. Elementy placu zabaw przeznaczone są dla dzieci od 3 do 13 lat.
3. Dzieci na terenie placu zabaw powinny przebywać wyłącznie pod opieką rodziców lub dorosłych opiekunów, którzy ponoszą za nie odpowiedzialność.
4. Osoby przebywające na terenie placu zabaw zobowiązane są do zachowania porządku.
5. Z urządzeń zabawowych należy korzystać zgodnie z ich przeznaczeniem.
6. Na terenie placu zabaw obowiązuje bezwzględny zakaz spożywania napojów alkoholowych, innych używek oraz palenia papierosów.
7. Na terenie placu zabaw zabronione są gry zespołowe.
8. Wszelkie uszkodzenia elementów zabawowych należy niezwłocznie zgłaszać do właściciela obiektu.
9. Osoby niszczące sprzęt i urządzenia placu zabaw bądź ich opiekunowie ponoszą odpowiedzialność materialną za wyrządzone szkody.
